| I had another great training session at Jiu Jitsu today, although I kind of tweaked my right knee.... It'll be ok. Anyway, I'm very thankful for this art, and it's more than just a hobby or sport. It goes much deeper than learning how to choke someone out or snapping limbs in half... (Even though I admit that those were some of my initial motives for learning it)But my attitude has evolved, and will continue to evolve within the art. And really... It truly is art. Those of you who are fellow Jitz players know what I mean.
I love the purity of the principles, philosophies, techniques, and the whole culture of the "Gentle Art". I believe that it should make you into a more humble, disciplined, and self-controlled person as you continue to train. My fellow players, we need to continue to represent this sport with integrity. There are many times where goin to Jitz is the highlight of the day and sometimes the whole week. We learned some good armbar escapes today, and I've been picking up my game, especially my top game. I pulled the armbar transition to the triangle from side mount 3 times today . All these moves have been flowing a lot more smoothly lately Muscle memory I'll try to keep it up.
Aaaaand I'm also stoked cuz I got a free Tap Out shirt today Im actually not really a Tap Out fan but I dig my shirt and my homey in class hooked it up. Thanks Tayler!

| Shout outs to Amir Sadollah!... Finished CB with an armbar AGAIN!! He is now the season 7 ultimate fighter. CB CLEARLY tapped but that fool was denying it!
Goodness... Check it out for yourself http://www.mmapain.com/amir-sadollah-vs-cb-dollaway-2-tuf-finale-video/
On another note,I finally got to see Jennifer Chung perform at ANC's cafe night today. And yea.. that girl is nuts.. Shes very petite but she has a craaazy strong and good voice. Check her out on youtube.

| Well I just finished watching episode 11 of the Ultimate Fighter 7.. All I can say is that Jesse Taylor is an IDIOT. Goodness.. If you want to know why, go to toe tuf 7 website on spike... I was actually beginning to like him, and then he does something like this... He was also on his way to the finale and had a good chance of winning the whole thing.. But I guess in retrospect, if you look at the previous episode, you can see that he was already getting out of hand.
However, I am veery stoked that Amir Sadollah made it to the finale That cat is hella gangster! He also seems really chill and was hell funny in the show.He was my favorite fighter from the beginning, and was also one of the biggest underdogs in the show. All of his fights were hella tough, and he finished every single one of em. In his first fight he was expected to lose to Gerald
Harris, but came back with the big win via knee to the head.He is now going to rematch CB Dollaway in the finale, and I hope he knocks him the f^%$ out. He already beat him in the semi's.I really don't like CB, although he's talented. That fool's hella cocky and I couldn't stand the way he kept smirking at Tim during their fight. We'll see how it goes. Go Amir!
